We ship your orders from a private individual, without mentioning the store name or contents. We respect your privacy and guarantee complete confidentiality.

European delivery:
Fast courier or postal delivery directly to your desired location from our new warehouse in Europe. Shipping cost — 150 UAH.

Payment methods:

  • Online payment: when placing your order, you can pay securely via the Wayforpay service using any convenient method.

  • Bank transfer: available for B2B cooperation with other businesses.

  • In-store payment: pay in person at our store upon receiving your order, either in cash or via card terminal.

Please note:
At the moment, we do not offer cash-on-delivery due to increased fraud cases since the beginning of the full-scale war.

All shipping costs via selected postal services are covered by us (our store), excluding storage fees for parcels held longer than 5 business days at Nova Poshta branches.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 7:00 PM are shipped the same day. Later orders are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day; later ones are shipped on Monday.
Delivery time within Ukraine via Nova Poshta is typically 1–2 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Courier delivery to your door within Ukraine is available at the selected company’s rates and is paid separately.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number and the estimated arrival date of your parcel. Usually, you’ll get an SMS notification once your order arrives at the warehouse. To collect your parcel, please bring your tracking number and an ID (passport or driver’s license) to your local delivery service office.

To check your order status, please enter your order code in the field below and click “Track.” The code can be found in your invoice and the confirmation email you received.
