Feral Feelings products fall under the category of intimate goods that come into direct contact with the body. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
❗ Exchange is possible only in the case of a confirmed production defect, such as damaged materials, stitching, hardware, or other parts of the item that affect its functionality. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue.
